Legal notice
This legal notice states who runs khlumen.com and its related sites (contatti.khlumen.com, report.khlumen.com) and the terms for using them.
1. Site owner
In accordance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), the owner of this site is:
Khlumen is the trade name under which the owner offers its services.
2. Purpose of the site
khlumen.com presents the services and products of Khlumen, an independent lab that builds custom AI systems for businesses. Nothing is sold on the site: services are agreed directly with us.
Service descriptions and demos are there to show how we work and are not a binding offer. Figures shown in the demos are sample data, unless stated otherwise.
3. Terms of use
By using the site you accept these terms. We ask you to use it lawfully and, in particular, not to:
- try to access parts of the site or systems that are not public;
- introduce malicious code or disrupt the site;
- use the content in a way that suggests it comes from someone else, or present yourself as Khlumen.
4. Intellectual property
The texts, graphics, Khlumen name and logo, images, video and code of the site belong to the owner or are used under licence. You may quote them with a link to the source; any other use requires our written permission.
Third-party trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their owners. Software we publish as open source follows the licence stated in its repository.
5. Liability and external links
We take care over the content, but it may contain errors or be out of date. We do not guarantee that the site is always available or free of interruptions.
The site links to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
6. Commercial emails
We may write to businesses to offer our services. These emails are sent from the contatti.khlumen.com domain, are identifiable as commercial communications from Khlumen and carry in the footer the owner's name, the NIF and links to this legal notice and to the privacy policy.
Every email has a one-click link to stop receiving further emails. You can also reply "stop" or write to hello@khlumen.com. The free reports on report.khlumen.com linked from the emails carry no commitment.
How we use data for these emails is explained in the privacy policy, in the section "Emails to businesses and reports".
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes with businesses fall under the courts of the owner's place of residence. If you use the site as a consumer, the rights and the courts granted to you by the law of your country are not affected.
9. Changes
We may update this legal notice. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top.
