Cookie Policy
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. khlumen.com uses the technical ones it needs to run; Google Analytics and Meta cookies are set only if you accept them.
1. What cookies are
Cookies, and similar technologies such as localStorage and sessionStorage, let a site remember information across page loads (your language choice, session state, security tokens). They can be set by the site itself (first-party) or by services the site loads (third-party).

Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only if you accept analytics cookies. Before you choose, or if you choose "Technical only", the Google Analytics script is not loaded and no _ga cookie is set. If you withdraw consent later, sending stops straight away and the _ga cookies are deleted; from the next page load the script is not loaded at all.
Marketing / profiling
The Meta pixel is loaded only if you accept marketing cookies. It measures which visits and contact requests come from our ads on Facebook and Instagram; our server sends Meta the same events (Conversions API), again only with that consent. Before you choose, or if you refuse, neither the pixel nor our server sends Meta anything. If you withdraw consent later, sending stops straight away and the _fbp/_fbc cookies are deleted.
3. Third-party services
The site relies on these providers:
- Vercel (hosting + CDN): may set strictly necessary cookies for security and load balancing. vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
- Google Analytics 4 (Google): only after your consent, see above. policies.google.com/privacy
- Meta pixel and Conversions API (Meta Platforms Ireland): only after your marketing consent, see above. meta.com/privacy
- Calendly (call booking): its script loads only when you click "Book 30 minutes"; from then on Calendly may set its own cookies under its policy. calendly.com/privacy
4. Managing cookies
You can accept, refuse or remove cookies via your browser settings. Reference docs:

5. Legal basis and duration
Strictly necessary technical cookies and preference storage rely on legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR; Art. 122 Italian Privacy Code; Art. 22.2 LSSI, Spain).
Google Analytics and Meta cookies are set only with your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with "Change cookie preferences" on this page, without affecting processing that took place before.
